The study was conducted to investigate the effect of various protease enzymes from Aspergillus orizae, Aspergillus Flavus and Aspergillus niger on Tensile strength and elongation of rabbit wet blue. This research was conducted in Microbiology and Enzyme Laboratory of Academy of Leather Technology Yogyakarta for unhairing process and in Histology Laboratory of Medicine Faculty Gadjah Mada University for the skin histology slide object making. Items used were 12 sheets of rabbit skins with the average of age were 6 months and divided into 4 treatment groups with 3 replications per-each. This research employs Completely Randomized Design (CRD) and the data were tested using Duncan‘s Multiple Range Test if there were differences among those treatments. Those four treatments are Po : Control, P1 : using A. orizae 1 % enzyme, P2 : using A. flavus 1 % enzyme, P3 : using A. niger 1 % enzyme. Parameter observed were enzyme activities, tensile strength and elongation of wet blue from rabbit skin and also histology structure was analyzed descriptively. The statistics of enzyme activities, tensile strength and elongation of rabbit skin show significant difference ( P < 0.01 ) among treatments. The values of enzyme activities were A. orizae 141.03 /mg, A. flavus 147.16 /mg and A. niger 138.40 /mg. The values of tensile strength are Po = 73.4 kg/m2; P1 = 92.89 kg/m2; P2 = 55.22 kg/m2and P3 = 82.20 kg/m2 and the values of elongations are Po = 44.42 %; P1 = 57.57 %; P2 = 46.93 % and P3 = 50.95 %
